Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams to Hit Playstation Network in Spring 2013

The Giana Sisters, a title that is almost as old as the Mario games, is scheduled to hit the Playstation Network (and other platforms but who cares?) in Spring 2013.  For those that don’t know about the Giana Sisters games, they are squarely in the side scrolling action platforming realm of gaming.
